2010 Limited Editions

With the 2009 Edicion Limitadas still not widely available and quite hard to find, the first rumors have surfaced regarding the 2010 Limitadas line up. According to these rumors,  the three brands featured in next year’s Limitadas are Partagas, Montecristo and Trinidad.

Partagas will bring us yet another member in the D and EL Series; the Serie D Especial, a Robusto Extra, measuring 141 x 50 ring gauge.

Montecristo will present their 7th vitola of the EL Series, the Grand Edmundo; larger than the regular Edmundo, the Grand Edmundo will be a Canonazo, measuring 150 x 52 ring gauge.

Lastly, the Trinidad will bring us another new vitola, the Petit Robusto; smallest of the three, this petit robusto will measure 102 x 50 ring gauge. It is not yet known if it will have the traditional Trinidad pigtail.

Although the list is still preliminary, any changes are unlikely. No details have been released on the packing, but I would dare to take a guess that the Partagas will come in a SBN of 25, the Grand Edmundo in an SBN of 10 (or maybe 25) and the Petit Robusto in an SBN of 24.
