First Cigars.ie Herf - May 8th 2009, Georges Bistro, Dublin
Sunday, May 10th, 2009
The first ever cigars.ie herf took place on Thursday May 8th 2009 in George’s Bistro, Sth Fredrick street D2. Rob, Andy, Harry and myself were the only ones that could make it on the night. Although only four of us, we smoked enough cigars for everybody that wasn’t there.
With all of us being total cigarheads there was a lot of wine drinking and cigar talk with the main subject being the exciting prospect of the first ever Exclusivo Irlanda, a Regional Edition cigar for the Irish market! The venue, George’s Bistro, boasts one of Dublin’s best smoking areas, making cigar smokers feel more than welcome.
The next herf will take place around late May or early June. We will email all our contacts giving enough notice for the event. If you wish to receive emails from cigars.ie, please leave a comment on this post, with your email address in the appropriate field.

Hi Yiorgos. Im looking forward to the next. Hopefully I can somehow fit it between traveling.
Sorry to have missed this one, sounds like you had a good night… looking forward to the next
Hi Yiorgos, I recently moved to London from the States where I was a tobacconist. Not a very popular occupation here in the UK. Please put me on your list. WIth enough notice, I will do my best to attend your Herfs. I miss the camaraderie of a good herf.
Don’t let the government impose the non-smoking laws on you.
Greetings all, Finally! A gathering of fellow ‘Herfers’ in Dublin!!! I’d much appreciate notification of your next one. Well done.
Herf on lads!!!
