Treasures in JJ Fox, Dublin
Sunday, June 7th, 2009Last week I was lucky enough to find myself in the basement of JJ Foxes in Dublin. David and Rob were kind enough to give us a tour and show us some unique and extremely rare cigars, some dating back from the 1960’s. Many of the cigars, as you will see in the pictures, were specially selected for JJ Fox, and some of them were named especially for the shops too!
It was a great journey, on a fine evening that ended elsewhere, smoking a beautiful 50 year-old Cuban Policromia, a cigar that I had never even heard of, made by La Corona. Enjoy the pictures below…

Amazing! What a special treat
Thanks for the pictures.
Hey what a great evening you must have had. Those cigars for the Dublin Horse Show must have been amazing to see. I never knew that cigars had been produced for the Irish Market before. Were they specifically produced as a limited regional edition. Wow. How can I get my hands on one of those.

I will certainly be treating myself to nice present!
I searched high and low at the horse show today but no sign of any of the Hoyos….maybe they’re for the judges only !
