There is many good choices for your price region, however it will all depend from where you buy cigars from. For $15USD in Ireland you will be limited to a petit corona, while in Spain for example you could buy a lot more!
You should try some Romeo y Juilieta, Hoyo de Monterrey, or even some smaller Cohiba and Montecristo. It is really a matter of preference what cigar would suit your flavour, if tell me which ones you have enjoyed so far I will be able to recommend something similar.
