The Bolivar Greco is the first ever Regional Edition cigar to be allocated to Greece & Cyprus. Originally, the intention was for the name of the cigar to be “El Greco”, after the famous painter and architect of greek origins, but was then changed to “Greco” possibly due to copyright reasons. The Greco was released [...]

2010 Regional Editions - preliminary list

Only weeks after the 2009 Regional Edition list was finalised, a preliminary list for the 2010 Regional Series has leaked. The total number of vitolas proposed for 2010 is 21, less than the 25 in the 2009 Regional Edition Series. That seems like a good move from Habanos, however the regions granted new vitolas are [...]

Bolivar Belicoso Fino

One of Bolivar’s most popular vitolas is the Belicoso Fino. Its medium size, shape, consistency and great value, make this cigar a true best seller and one of my favourite cigars. The Belicoso Fino is a Campana, measuring 52 ring gauge by 140 in length, a size that combines the torpedo end of a pyramide [...]
